Order Cancellation Policy

Because each watch is custom-assembled to your specifications, orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. However, you can request a return after receiving your order.

Estimated Delivery Time:

United States:

Orders are typically delivered within approximately 10–14 business days after processing.
This includes 7 business days for order processing and 4–7 business days for shipping.

International:

Orders are typically delivered within approximately 13–20 business days after processing.
This includes 7 business days for order processing and 6–13 business days for shipping.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, or public holidays.

Shipping Origin

Orders are shipped from our fulfillment partners or logistics facilities based on product availability and destination.

Delivery Issues & Missing Packages

Emperor Mods is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

If you experience any delivery issues, please contact us immediately at contact@emperormods.com

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is missing:

Check with household members, neighbors, or building management.

Verify that the shipping address provided is correct.

Email us with your order number and tracking information.

We will open an investigation with the carrier. Please allow up to 3 business days for a resolution.
